No Sundays No Late Nights Saturdays by rotation Job description We are a family owned Pharmacy Group who specialise in Mobility and Independent living currently seeking to recruit a full- time member of staff for our busy Mobility department in Stillorgan Dublin. This role would suit an Occupational Therapist Physiotherapist or Nurse This position involves engaging with customers in relation to their mobility issues or medical conditions which require you to show support , empathy and recommend products for their mobility needs Responsibilities Growing the pharmacys mobility department by actively engaging with customers about mobility aids and offering a high-quality sales service, tailoring the right product for each individual. Ordering stock and maintaining optimum levels of stock. Assessing customers needs in terms of stock and equipment Receiving orders Creating, promoting and maintaining good relationships with the pharmacy team, customers and other healthcare professionals. Training and mentoring members of staff to work in the Mobility Department. Requirements Previous work experience in a Health care setting Comfortable using computerised systems Excellent interpersonal skills with a caring and empathic manner. Ability to build relationships and work within an interdisciplinary team. A positive and professional attitude with an appreciation of the importance of delivering excellent customer service and the ability to use discretion when addressing confidential information. An active interest in mobility and health.
