A highly regarded International Law Firm is looking to hire a motivated Associate to support its growing Real Estate Team in Dublin.

This is a hands-on role offering strong exposure to commercial property work from the outset. You’ll be joining a team known for its sector insight and commercial approach, delivering legal solutions that align with client objectives across retail, investment, and development.

The Team

The Dublin-based Real Estate team includes 5 partners and around 18 lawyers, forming part of one of the largest and most experienced real estate legal groups in the market.

The practice advises across a wide range of sectors including retail, renewables, logistics, and investment, with clients ranging from high-street names to institutional investors and developers.

Regularly involved in multi-jurisdictional transactions, the team collaborates closely with legal and commercial partners across Europe and beyond.

Legal tech is embedded into the team’s work, with tools like Orbital Witness and HighQ used to streamline transactions and drive efficiency. There’s also a strong culture of innovation, with team members encouraged to test emerging technologies, including generative AI.

Team members are expected to play an active role in business development, contributing to client relationship management and broader marketing initiatives.

What You Can Expect

Manage and support lease rollout projects for major retail clients, using advanced legal tech and collaborating with junior colleagues and paralegal teams.

Advise on inward investment transactions involving offices, logistics parks and shopping centres.

Support real estate finance transactions in collaboration with the Banking and Finance teams.

Deliver high-quality, commercially focused advice across complex real estate matters.

Build trusted relationships with clients, providing clear, timely guidance and helping them achieve their goals.

What We’re Looking For

You will:

Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial property or real estate law.

Bring energy, curiosity, and a solutions-focused mindset to the team.

Be commercially aware and confident engaging with clients and stakeholders.

Show strong drafting skills and a commitment to high standards of client service.

Be calm under pressure, organised, and able to manage multiple matters at once.
