About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major public road infrastructure project in Dublin. This role will suit a commercially minded professional with strong leadership skills and a track record of managing large-scale civil engineering schemes from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of a multi-million-euro road project.

Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure completion on time and within cost targets.

Lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers, site managers, and subcontractors.

Maintain strong communication with stakeholders including local authorities, designers, and the client team.

Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the project on track.

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Prepare project reports, progress updates, and cost forecasts for senior management.

Requirements

Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Minimum 7 years’ experience managing large civil engineering or infrastructure projects.

Strong knowledge of road construction, public realm, or transport-related works.

Proven ability to manage budgets, programmes, and complex stakeholder relationships.

Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Full driving licence and flexibility to attend site meetings as required.
