AMD together we advance_ THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. As a Senior Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of technical roles, including software engineers, silicon engineers, DevOps/Infrastructure/IT specialists, tech sales specialists and other high-demand positions. You will partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create effective sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless, positive candidate experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams. Sourcing and Talent Mapping: Identify, engage, and attract high-quality technical talent using creative and effective sourcing strategies, including leveraging job boards, social media, networking, and referrals. Stakeholder Partnership: Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders across technical teams to understand their hiring needs and align on job specifications, timelines, and expectations. Candidate Evaluation: Screen resumes, conduct technical interviews, and assess candidates' skills, cultural fit, and potential for long-term success within the organization. Market Expertise: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, technical skill sets, and market conditions to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers on talent acquisition strategies. Employer Branding: Represent the company's employer brand, advocating for a positive and inclusive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Process Improvement: Continuously improve the recruitment process to enhance efficiency, candidate quality, and overall experience, ensuring alignment with company goals and values. REQUIREMENTS Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a proven track record of filling complex technical roles in a fast-paced environment. Strong Technical Understanding: A solid understanding of technical concepts and the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers on a deep level regarding technical skills and qualifications. Sourcing Skills: Extensive experience using modern sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, social media platforms, and other creative sourcing methods to find top talent. Stakeholder Management: Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with technical hiring managers, leaders, and candidates. Interviewing Expertise: Proven ability to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and long-term potential through structured interviews and evaluation techniques. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Self-Starter & Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, and a keen attention to detail. Tools Proficiency: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and other technical recruiting platforms. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in Startups or High-Growth Companies: Familiarity with scaling technical teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Knowledge of EMEA Market: Experience recruiting for technical roles in diverse global markets is a plus. Why Join Us?
