Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking passionate and dedicated Social Care Workers to join a highly reputable service in the West of Ireland, supporting individuals with disabilities in a residential setting. These services, based across Sligo, are committed to empowering service users through independence, person-centred planning, and meaningful daily engagement.

As a Social Care Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support, contributing to the daily operations of the service, and ensuring each individual is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum Level 7 qualification in Social Care or a relevant discipline
- Strong understanding of person-centred care and keyworking
- Experience and knowledge of risk assessments and safeguarding vulnerable adults
- Working knowledge of HIQA policies and procedures
- Understanding of Children First guidelines and procedures
- Full, clean manual driving license
