Release Support Engineer

We are looking for a Release Engineer with strong programming skills to join our game project team. You will develop and support the processes of production and operation of our games, including build systems, delivery, testing, and working with various tools. Your ideas and experience will directly influence our products.

This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices or remote work from other countries (excluding Russia and Belarus). Learn more about this opportunity.

Responsibilities

Automate routine processes;

Develop and support automated testing on device farms;

Set up and develop Git Hooks to prevent errors during development;

Support game production operations: releases, beta versions, patches, game events, A/B tests;

Configure and support pipelines on TeamCity, resolve build issues, collaborate with the CI team;

Monitor stability: crashes, error messages, graphs in Grafana and other tools;

Coordinate with partners: transfer necessary information for app releases, assist with issues.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of Linux, Windows, MacOS, bash scripting, PowerShell scripting;

Strong Python skills;

Solid knowledge of Git;

Experience with CI/CD tools like TeamCity/Jenkins;

Proficiency in English for reading documentation.

Preferred

Experience in game releases or certifications for app stores, such as creating an application in Google Play;

Knowledge of building projects for different platforms (iOS, Windows, Android, macOS);

Experience in a similar role;

Experience working with TeamCity.
