Brightwater are delighted to partner exclusively with a major financial services group that now need to add a compliance analyst to their growing team. This role will suit an ambitious professional with 1 to 2 years experience in compliance or a compliance related function and you will report directly to the Head of Compliance. Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain the companys compliance programme, ensuring adherence to Irish insurance regulations and best practices. Support the rollout of new regulatory requirements and prepare clear, accurate reports for senior management and regulatory authorities. Maintain comprehensive compliance records and contribute to the design and delivery of staff training programmes. Investigate potential compliance concerns, escalate issues appropriately, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed compliance across the organisation. Perform routine monitoring, review business documentation, and assist in risk management activities in line with enterprise policies. Skills & Experience: Bachelors degree (or 4+ years of additional relevant experience in lieu of degree). Up to 2 years experience in financial services, insurance, or a related compliance/technical role. Solid understanding of risk and compliance principles and their practical application. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and data sources in the Irish insurance or financial services sector. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
