As a Sales Assistant, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and personalized product recommendations Assist in achieving store sales targets through effective selling techniques Maintain store appearance, including product displays and cleanliness Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently Restock merchandise and ensure proper inventory levels Collaborate with team members to create a positive shopping experience Stay informed about product features, promotions, and store policies Support visual merchandising efforts to enhance store appeal Assist with receiving and processing new inventory Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions Qualifications Passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer service Friendly and confident attitude with strong communication skills Adaptable and flexible work ethic Goal-oriented with a drive to contribute to team success Attention to detail for maintaining accurate inventory and store appearance Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays Previous retail experience and customer service (preferred but not required) Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment Additional Information Think without limits- Think fast, fearlessly and take the team with you Own it and back yourself- Own the basics, own your role, and the results Be relevant- Relevant to or people, our partners, our planet To be considered for this role you will be redirected to and must complete the application process on our careers page.
