Here at our Limerick site, we manufacture Integrated Circuits that are used in all forms of the electronics spectrum from industrial to consumer devices.We embody diversity and inclusion practices in everything we do and are committed to building an environment where all employees feel empowered to achieve their full potential.We now have a new opening for Production Training Specialist at our Limerick site.* As the production training specialist, you will help design, develop, and coordinate best in class equipment maintenance training programmes ensuring training methods are up to date and in compliance with company, legislative and industry trends to improve skill development and engagement.* Create comprehensive training plans customized by level and role of our equipment maintenance organization.* Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to support learning objectives, and compliance needs, leveraging the use of the learning management systems for various learning initiatives.* Develop the functional onboarding plan for new team members, guiding them through the training process, company policies and procedures, acting as a peer advisor and supporting them as they acclimate to the organization* Implement a training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills, knowledge, and abilities recommend training and development objectives* Identify points of continuous improvement and develop solutions that update, and improve the effectiveness of training and Shingo/lean programmes.* Develop and manage regular and ad-hoc reports on training effectiveness, compliance, evaluation, and engagement metrics* Budget training costs and present reports to management* Inform employees on scheduled training and track their progress.* Coordinate and participate the talent attraction process college recruitment, apprenticeship intern programs*For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.
