We are hiring for our client, a well-regarded national commercial law firm with a growing property practice in Dublin, who are seeking a Property Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE). The role involves a healthy mix of commercial and residential property work, advising a strong client base including developers, investors, private clients, and corporate occupiers. The Role:

- Manage sales, acquisitions, and leasing of commercial property

- Advise on residential transactions including new builds and investment purchases

- Assist developers on site acquisitions and disposals

- Support corporate clients on property elements of wider transactions

- Liaise with clients, agents, and counsel throughout the deal lifecycle

The Person:

- Qualified Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) with experience in property law (residential and/or commercial)

- Strong technical and organisational skills

- Ability to manage client relationships independently

- Approachable, team-oriented, and keen to contribute to a positive working culture

- Previous experience in a commercial law firm or busy property practice
