The Role:

Operations Crew Controller are classified as Administrative Personnel in the Emerald Airlines' Operations Control Centre who support the Operations Control Duty Manager in managing the operation with particular attention to the management of crew resources.

Responsibilities:

1. The Ops Crew Controller has been delegated authority in all matters concerning crew control of Emerald's daily flight schedule as specified under Duties and Responsibilities.

2. To ensure operational continuity, if there are no Ops Crew Controllers present, the OCDM assumes responsibility for their duties.

3. Maintaining all crew rosters in a timely, efficient, and legal manner in accordance with company policies and competent authority regulations and requirements.

4. Ensuring all flights are adequately crewed.

5. Day-to-day control and monitoring of all crew rostering issues, such as sickness, standbys, swaps, extra flights, delays, and cancellations.

6. Dealing with disruptions to individual schedules as directed by the program.

7. Close monitoring of crew hours limitations (weekly, monthly, annually).

8. Providing management with daily, weekly, and monthly reports or as required.

9. Any other duties as assigned.

10. Must be available to work on shift (4 days ON - 4 days OFF, early 0600-1400 or late 1200-2000).

11. Must be able to pass a 5-year background check.

12. Have permission to live and work in Ireland without restriction.
