The Role Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for all maintenance activities on site, You will lead a team of Maintenance Technicians and Fitters, while also managing external contractors and maintenance budgets. Key Responsibilities Oversee all maintenance operations across the site, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency Lead and develop the Maintenance Team to ensure cross-functional technical expertise and effective resource planning Manage and optimise the sites preventative maintenance programmes. Develop and manage the annual maintenance budget Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations Support continuous improvement and innovation across the plant Required Skills A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering, or a relevant trade qualification with extensive experience Proven team leadership experience within a maintenance or engineering function A background in a food manufacturing or processing environment (advantageous) Expertise in Preventative Maintenance, Utilities, and PM Systems Strong problem-solving and project management skills Excellent interpersonal and team leadership experience.
