Occupational Health Nurse Role Galway City

Cpl Healthcare is seeking applications for the role of Occupational Health Nurse for a Medical Technology site in Galway, near Parkmore Business Park.
The role is full-time, requiring 37.5 hours per week, with the candidate expected to be onsite 5 days a week.
The successful applicant will join an existing team and will play a key role in providing occupational health services to staff.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Managing pre-employment medicals and checks.
2. Leading absence management and case management processes.
3. Collaborating with the OH physician and team to develop and deliver OH services.
4. Conducting ergonomic and other risk assessments as needed.
5. Seeking opportunities to enhance OH processes and services.
Qualifications:
- Qualified RGN registered with NMBI.
- Relevant qualification in Occupational Health (preferred).
- Experience in spirometry, audiometry, VDU assessments, phlebotomy, and absence case management (preferred).
