We're launching products and services that require sophisticated regulatory, tax, and financial oversight and thats where you come in. ?? About the Role Were hiring two Tax Analysts to join the growing Dublin-based team: Senior Tax Analyst Ideal for someone at AM or Manager level who has left Big 4 and has 12 years of industry experience. Tax Analyst For someone recently qualified or about to qualify in tax (preferably coming out of a Big 4 environment). Location: Dublin (On-site, 5 days per week) Salary: (Completely negotiable, depending on experience) Bonus + Equity Potential Timeline to Hire: ASAP You must be: ACA-qualified CTA-qualified (or very close to completing your CTA Your focus will be on: VAT (primary area of expertise required) Transfer pricing Tax compliance and reporting across EMEA Regulatory interactions and licensing support Audit support and financial statement alignment Supporting international tax structuring and policy Please note: Even if you don't have CT experience, that's not a blocker VAT is the priority. ?? Why This Role Is Different This team is building something from the ground up. The Dublin site lead has scaled the office, hired the full team, sourced the premises, and now leads finance across EMEA covering tax, treasury, sales finance, regulatory work, and more. You'll work directly with someone who moves fast, operates with high autonomy, and has real influence across the business. The team bridges Europe and the US you will have exposure to senior leadership and government relations, and interact with teams working on some of the most ambitious projects in the world. ????? Who You Are Professionally qualified in tax (or very close to it) Likely Big 4-trained, ideally with some industry exposure (for the Senior role) Hands-on and not afraid to roll up your sleeves Can survive and thrive in a high-bar, high-speed environment theres no place to hide You dont need handholding youre someone who figures things out Bring common sense, intellectual sharpness, and grit Can handle being tested: part of the process is a tough interview panel that gets to the heart of whether youre the right fit quickly
