Fitness Instructor

Hilton Dublin Kilmainhamcurrently has exciting opportunities for an enthusiastic, energetic and guest oriented Experienced Fitness Instructor/ Lifeguard for our LivingWell Health Club @ Hilton Dublin Kilmainham. Must hold a recognised fitness qualification and a valid life guard qualification. Have previous experience of in a Fitness Centre or Leisure Centre Provide a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome to our guests on arrival and during their stay Ensure that all members and residents receive a personalised service at all times Teach a variety of fitness classes Conduct Personal Assessments and re-assessments for our members Supervise use of fitness equipment. Ensure a high level of hygiene throughout the department at all times Carry out gym maintenance checks and ensure all equipment is in good operation Carry out relevant pool chemical and maintenance checks (training will be provided). Pool plant experience would be an advantage Assist in day to day operation of the club Complete club administration duties Assist with marketing and sales campaigns Implement retention programme Adhere to company Health & Safety policy Accept flexible work schedule necessary for uninterrupted service to members and guests Flexible Contract available with hours: 24 The position will be part time with the possibility of full time hours during busy periods. The ideal candidate: Must have a Personal Instructor/Fitness certificate and Lifeguard qualification. Must have a friendly, approachable manner and good communication skills Has excellent organisational skills Has previous relevant experience in fitness centre Require a hands-on attitude to work Be eligible to work full or part-time all-year round without restriction.
