Site Manager - Carlow A growing residential contractor with a strong regional presence in the South East is seeking a Site Manager to take ownership of a new housing development in Carlow. This company has a consistent pipeline of local projects and values quality, safety, and long-term relationships with its staff and subcontractors. Responsibilities: Manage on-site operations, supervising trades and subcontractors. Maintain project timelines and coordinate labour and materials. Enforce safety policies and ensure full compliance with site regulations. Monitor workmanship and carry out quality checks throughout the build. Liaise with Contracts Manager and report on project progress. Resolve any site-based challenges promptly and effectively. Provide leadership and direction to the on-site team. Requirements: 5+ years experience as a Site Manager in housing construction. Sound understanding of Irish building codes and residential construction methods. Strong communication and organisational skills. Trade background or degree in Construction/Engineering preferred. Full driving licence required.
