Job Title: Quality Assurance Technician

Vickerstock is working in partnership with a leading Irish food manufacturer, supplying products to both retail and food service sectors across Ireland.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure day-to-day production operations are conducted in a quality-focused way, meeting deadlines and maintaining Food Safety and Customer Quality standards.
  • Be a proactive member of the Quality Assurance Team to ensure all products comply with food safety quality and legislative standards.
  • Implement corrective action programs for any non-conformances raised.
Key Duties:
  1. Plan, conduct, and monitor testing and inspection of raw materials and products.
  2. Carry out product and process validations.
  3. Ensure all production and quality paperwork is filled correctly and complies with all food safety standards and legislation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year experience within Quality department in Food Manufacturing/FMCG.
  • Ideal 3rd level qualification in a relevant discipline.
  • Full driving license and access to a car (factory is not accessible by public transport).
