Overview

Our client is a forward-thinking organisation that has experienced extensive growth in the past two years. Due to continued growth and investment, they are growing their HR team. If you are a Learning and Development Specialist looking to work in a highly collaborative team where you will be given autonomy for your part of the business, please get in touch.

What you'll do

- Coordinate internal and external training sessions and workshops
- Support onboarding by delivering timely induction training
- Maintain accurate training records using LMS or other tools
- Liaise with external providers and venues to organise learning activities
- Track and report on training effectiveness
- Support digital learning initiatives, including e-learning modules
- Provide admin support to the L&D and HR teams
