Planning Manager Planning Manager required to join one of Europes leading Main Contractors to be based on a large Data Centre project in North Dublin. The Planning Manager will report to the Regional Planning Manager and manage a team of planners on the project. Responsibilities: Develop and manage master construction programmes and project control procedures. Prepare and deliver progress reports and presentations to senior management. Coordinate with stakeholders to monitor progress, assess risks, and resolve issues proactively. Define and oversee schedule resource requirements from pre-construction to commissioning. Build and maintain tools to track progress against project goals and milestones. Provide performance and variance reports with recommended corrective actions. Represent the planning team in client and subcontractor meetings, ensuring clear schedule communication. Support business development through strong stakeholder relationships. Lead assigned projects and assist colleagues across the portfolio. Uphold company planning standards and drive continuous improvement. Requirements: Degree in Construction Management or Engineering. 5+ years experience in a similar role. Experienced working on large-scale projects (Data Centre experience would be highly beneficial). Experienced in programming software such as Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject and BIM. Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external clients. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and interpersonal skills.
