Clerical Officer

Cpl has an immediate requirement for a Clerical Officer (Grade III) to provide administration support to a Healthcare Service in Listowel, Co. Kerry.

- 3-month temporary contract (possibility of extension)
- 35hrs per week
- €17.10/hour
- Site based role (no remote working)

What you will be doing:

- Managing emails and correspondence
- Updating shared folders
- Liaising with family members
- Handling phone calls coming into the service and fielding/taking messages as appropriate
- Maintaining and inputting statistics into Excel
- File preparation and uploading documents to the database
- Supporting with roster management

What you will have:

- At least 6 months of professional clerical/ administration experience desired
- Experience in a healthcare setting a plus but not essential
- High proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone manner and ability to handle difficult calls
- High attention to detail and organisation
