You'll work closely with external auditors and tax advisors to ensure the timely preparation and filing of statutory accounts and tax returns. This role will also involve assisting with local accounting and reporting across our EMEA, LATAM, and APJ entities, which are all part of the Group. With a focus on collaboration, you'll work across various global functions to ensure reporting is timely and of the highest quality.
We offer a flexible working environment, with the option to work from our newly renovated office, as well as the freedom to work remotely as needed to fit around your life.

- Manage the transition and preparation of statutory accounts from US GAAP to local GAAP for your assigned entities.
- Conduct analytical reviews of monthly and quarterly data, responding to queries from local reporting managers and head office following monthly reviews.
- Collaborate with global teams to support the monthly close process and maintain ongoing compliance.
- Exercise oversight of complex intercompany transactions and monitor intercompany activities and relationships.
- Work closely with business leaders to provide insights into financial results, address anomalies, and advise on corrective actions.
- Actively participate in corporate initiatives, including efforts to centralize accounting processes across the EMEA & APJ regions, building strong working relationships with both existing and new staff.
- Perform monthly account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with VAT and other direct tax return compliance for your assigned entities.
- Ensure ongoing compliance with corporate policies and internal controls.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to manage audit processes and local tax reporting.
- Contribute to ad hoc projects, such as acquisition accounting, entity incorporations, system setups, etc.
Qualifications
- ACCA, ACA, CPA, or CIMA qualification is required.
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and experience bridging US GAAP to local statutory accounting standards.
- Experience with monthly reporting in a multinational, multi-currency company, with a proven ability to continuously improve processes and systems for greater efficiency. Previous experience in software or high-tech companies would be highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with Oracle Financials or similar systems, along with excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both internal and external business partners effectively.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently, while also being an integral part of a collaborative team.
- Flexibility to adjust working hours during month-end, quarter-end, and year-end periods.
- Knowledge of both local GAAP and US GAAP accounting is an advantage.
What We Offer
- Hybrid Working: Enjoy the flexibility to work from home or in our newly renovated office, with a schedule that fits around your personal life.
- Diverse and High-Performing Team: Join a team that values collaboration, innovation, and results, with the opportunity to work with colleagues from around the world.
- Career Growth: Be part of an organization that encourages continuous learning, development, and the chance to take ownership of your career path.
