We are recruiting a Warehouse Manager for our clients in County Kerry. In this role, you will lead and manage the Warehouse Team to ensure a first-time right delivery service and high customer satisfaction for a nationwide customer base. You will develop efficient systems, build strong vendor relationships, and monitor both staff and warehouse performance to meet all targets. This is a full-time, permanent position based in County Kerry.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Warehouse Team
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, regulatory bodies, and service providers
3. Oversee warehouse delivery performance to meet customer expectations and drive future demand
4. Deliver warehouse improvements
5. Implement necessary improvements where required

Skills and Experience:

1. 3+ years of experience in a similar role is essential
2. Strong leadership experience
3. End-to-end supply chain understanding
4. Proficiency in CRM/ERP/WMS software and Microsoft Office Suite
