Responsibilities: Dispense medications accurately and efficiently. Provide medication counseling and education to patients and healthcare staff. Review and manage patient medication therapy plans. Monitor patient outcomes and adjust medication therapy as needed. Collaborate with medical and nursing staff to ensure optimal patient care. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Participate in the development and implementation of clinical pharmacy services Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent. Valid pharmacist PSI registration. Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical principles, practices, and regulations. Full driving license and access to own car is desirable. Resident in Ireland and legal right to work in Ireland without restriction. All candidates will be required to undergo Garda Vetting. International Police Clearance (if lived outside of Ireland for more than 6 moths after the age of 16).
