Our client is currently seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to join them on a high-profile project outside Cork city. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a significant development, with long-term work available upon project completion. The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day site operations, with a strong focus on reinforced concrete frame structures. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily site activities, with particular attention to RC frame works including foundations, vertical/horizontal elements, slabs, and cores. Supervise direct labour, trades, and subcontractors to ensure timely and quality delivery of the works. Enforce all Health & Safety protocols in line with statutory and company policies. Monitor productivity and work sequencing, reporting regularly to the Project Manager. Requirements Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman on RC frame projects, ideally up to 5+ storeys. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams and subcontractors. Track record of successfully delivering projects on time and to high quality standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal.
