Brian Mullins Insurance Brokers are looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Executive to work on all aspects of our Personal Lines Client’s needs.
This role will involve interacting with both existing and potential clients, providing quotes, and offering advice on insurance coverage and services. The ideal candidate will be sales-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.

BMIB was founded in 1999 and we are a close-knit office that enjoys working together as a team. We are situated in the heart of Sligo Town in what many consider to be the flagship offices of the town, right in the very center of Sligo’s main commercial street.
Qualifications/Requirements:
The successful candidate should have at least 24 months of experience in a Personal Lines role, along with a minimum of APA Personal Lines Qualification.
About You:
To join the BMIB team, the successful candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:
Experience with Private Car, Commercial Motor, and Home Insurances.
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including telephone proficiency.
Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented.
Ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to the company’s growth.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Enjoys building relationships with customers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Takes ownership and responsibility for actions.
Detail-oriented with good time management skills.
Capable of making real-time decisions and managing workload independently.
Proficient in using the Applied/Relay System.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other IT tools, with experience working on the Insurers' online platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
As a part of the BMIB, your duties will include:
Providing expert advice on all aspects of Personal Lines insurance.
Ensuring clients understand the terms and coverage of their policies in accordance with industry regulations.
Offering exceptional customer service to all Clients, both existing and new.
Anticipating clients’ insurance needs, such as renewals or policy amendments.
