Director, Finance Systems & Delivery MNC Position Description An outstanding position to join a fast-growing technology MNC embarking on a Workday implementation. Key focus of role: Systems Management & Delivery - Ensuring that finance systems are reliable, scalable and aligned to business needs both now and in the future. Delivering a portfolio of systems enhancements to drive efficiency across the global finance organization Translating transformational vision into operational reality, translating business requirements into technical solutions Ensuring current systems operating flawlessly while wider transformation planning underway Implementation and coordination of transformational improvement implementations Leading multiple delivery teams internationally (Systems Admins, Business Analysts, Developers, Scrum Masters, Technical Specialists) Establishing delivery standards, agile practices, and service level expectations Acting as a Strategic Partner to the Finance Transformation Organisation and to the Finance Community (FDs FP&A, Corporate Controllers, Treasury & Tax), serving as technology advisor and delivery partner Candidate Background Ideal candidate will have the following background: Minimum 10 years experience in Finance Systems, technology delivery Workday ERP experience Strong understanding of financial processes (close, consolidation, reporting, FP&A), preferably a Qualified Accountant Prof Certifications PMP, CSM or ITIL Hands-on experience with enterprise finance systems and technologies Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) Strong technical ability, ability to discuss systems architecture with IT Partners Strong business acumen People Leadership skills, ability to coach team through complex problems and challenges Excellent communication skills, ability to present Finance IT roadmap to CEO and Executive Management Team.
