Construction Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to manage a 300 unit + apartments project in South Dublin with a Tier 1 Main Building Contractor. This project will be commencing toward the end of the year. The successful Senior Project Manager will ideally be experienced in Irish/ UK residential construction projects. Responsibilities: Full accountability for project delivery from start to finish. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including specification development, procurement, design, construction, commissioning, and handover. Coordinate with the design team, subcontractors, utility providers, adjoining property owners, and local authorities to ensure seamless project progress. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as commercial, finance, and technical departments to meet project milestones and financial targets. Oversee the full snagging, de-snagging, and lock-up protocols are completed for all internal fit-out works through to final build completion. Requirements: Degree qualified in a relevant field. 5+ years experience as a Project Manager on large building projects in Ireland or the UK Minimum 7 years of experience with a main contractor in Ireland or the UK.
