Responsibilities Join a growing and collaborative team, delivering innovative and sustainable projects to address industry-wide efficiency and environmental challenges.
Work with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver complex projects throughout the project lifecycle.
Build close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensure that projects are delivered on time, to cost and to a high level of quality.
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, manage project budgets and resources effectively, and coordinate with Project Managers for proposals, change orders, status reports, financial updates and forecasting.
Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout while leading high-performing project teams and fostering collaboration and clear communication.
About You You will ideally be qualified with a degree in a relevant field; APMP qualifications would be an advantage.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
Experience of project management within the energy/engineering consultancy sector, with experience of project setup and financial monitoring processes including coordinating with PMs for proposals, change orders, status reports, financial updates and forecasting.
Experience with NEC contracts is a must.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with excellent computer skills; able to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, multi-team environment.
Attention to detail; initiative in problem detection and resolution; strong verbal and written communication; ability to prioritise and multi-task between multiple project managers.
