Job Description
As we continue to grow, we're seeking a strategic and people-focused Head of Talent & Leadership Development to lead our talent development strategy. In this pivotal role, you'll design and deliver learning & development initiatives that build leadership capability, nurture emerging talent, and embed a culture of continuous learning - empowering our people to reach their full potential and drive business success.
What you'll be doing
- Lead the design and delivery of a talent development strategy aligned to business objectives and strategic growth.
- Design and deliver high-impact leadership development initiatives to build managerial capability and create succession pipelines.
- Develop and implement learning pathways covering leadership development, technical skills and professional skills.
- Partner with People & Culture and managers to embed a culture of continuous feedback, performance coaching, and professional development planning.
- Facilitate team coaching to enhance collaboration, alignment, and high performance across teams.
- Design and lead resilience-building programmes focused on mindset, adaptability, and overall wellbeing.
- Establish and maintain data-driven measurement and reporting to track impact and guide future development efforts.
- Utilise our new LMS to streamline learning delivery.

About you
A strategic and people-centred leader, you bring the vision and capability to elevate MKO's talent and leadership development practice. You're energised by supporting professional growth and building learning organisations. You have:
- A bachelor's degree in HRM, education, business or related experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar lead talent / L&D role.
- Proven experience shaping and delivering learning and development strategies, ideally in consultancy-driven environments.
- Designed and overseen leadership and succession programmes that deliver measurable results.
- Experience in supporting and embedding feedback, coaching, and continuous growth within teams.
- Skilled at creating a positive space for collaboration across all levels of the organisation.
- A forward-thinking approach to resilience, wellbeing, and sustainable performance.
- A collaborative leadership style, aligned with MKO's values and vision.
