Site Foreman Water Infrastructure Projects (Dublin) A Site Foreman is required to lead and coordinate on-site teams for major water infrastructure projects in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced foreman to join high-profile water projects supporting Irelands water and wastewater infrastructure development objectives. The successful Site Foreman will play a key role in supervising construction activities, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications and standards. Duties: Lead, supervise, and coordinate on-site construction teams and subcontractors. Ensure daily site operations are carried out safely, efficiently, and to quality standards. Monitor progress and report on work completed, highlighting any issues or delays. Ensure works are in accordance with design drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Maintain site safety, quality, and environmental compliance. Liaise with Site Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to resolve on-site issues. Mentor and support junior operatives and labor teams. Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience as a Site Foreman on water, wastewater, or civil infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of pipelines, pumping stations, reservoirs, and treatment works. Proven ability to manage site teams and coordinate subcontractors. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills. Strong focus on health & safety compliance and quality standards. Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications.
