Your Role at a Glance

The key ways you’ll bring value to the team include leading and building a high-performing Enterprise team based in Dublin, hiring, mentoring, and developing team members; developing and executing the Enterprise strategy to acquire and manage large-scale customers; underwriting and structuring complex financing solutions while managing credit risk; establishing relationships with customers, lenders, and internal teams; providing strategic reporting and risk analysis to senior leadership; driving continuous improvement in credit policies and underwriting models; leading cross-functional alignment with Capital Markets and Portfolio Management; contributing to product and operations improvements for enterprise customers; and partnering with Collections to maximize recovery and minimize losses.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Essential:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in credit, lending, or financial analysis in fintech, financial services, or venture capital.
- Extensive experience underwriting and structuring complex financial transactions (venture debt, equipment financing, warehouse lending).
- Deep experience in structuring lending products (ABL, MCA, PO financing, long-term loans).
- Proven track record building and leading high-performing teams with talent development.
- Strong financial modeling, risk assessment, and credit analysis abilities.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinker with results-oriented mindset.
- Experience building credit reporting and reviewing performance at portfolio level; experience with delinquent/non-performing loans; experience structuring and negotiating security agreements.

Preferred, but not essential:

- Experience in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment.
- Familiarity with the ecommerce industry and its financing needs.
- Advanced degree in finance, business, or related field; ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CFA qualification.
- Experience in leading workout/collections and using SQL and Tableau for data analysis.
