Our Role We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join our team. This is a very exciting role with the opportunity to use broad based HR skills at a senior level while contributing to the development of the firm. The HR Business Partner will play a key role in supporting a dynamic portfolio through delivering strategic and operational HR support and advice. The ideal candidate will have proven business partnering experience and a track record of coaching and guiding leaders, in a fast-paced environment. Who you are You are a passionate HR professional, with experience in coaching leadership teams in their development of a high-performance culture You possess the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality alongside an energetic, resilient and enthusiastic attitude You have a strong track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships to deliver business needs You are a known team player with great communication skills and are an ambassador of incredible employee experience You are highly responsive to stakeholders and have a natural ability to translate strategic business needs into practical service delivery requirements You are highly organised with the ability to manage a diverse workload, multiple priorities and deadlines You have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced, team environment You have excellent knowledge of employment law and experience in resolving employee relations matters You have a degree/masters in HR with additional qualifications in employment law or organisational psychology desirable You are a HR Business Partner with a minimum of 6 years' HR experience, two of which should be in a HR Business Partner role. Key Responsibilities Strategic HR Support Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies that align with overall business goals Provide expert advice and guidance on a range of HR issues and projects. Employee Relations Investigate and resolve employee relations issues with proven experience dealing with complex end to end performance management and disciplinary matters. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation and regulations. Promote a positive and inclusive work environment. HR Operations Provide operational and strategic support in line with the normal employee lifecycle processes such as talent management, annual reward review, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, compensation, benefits and payroll, wellness and mental health support and education (exam and study) support programmes In partnering with your business streams, you will build relationships with the senior leaders within the divisions and proactively anticipate issues and needs while providing solutions to address & support strategic initiatives in retention, engagement as well as workforce and succession planning Working together as a member of the HR team, you will support projects as well as a number of ongoing programmes in development, wellness, diversity, belonging and inclusion, communication, people strategy and recognition Don't wait.
