Overview We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Supervisor on behalf of our client, a well-established manufacturing company based in Shannon, Co. Clare . This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong background in production leadership to join a high-performing team in a fast-paced, global environment.
Responsibilities Lead and manage a multifunctional production team to meet daily targets and KPIs
Coordinate staffing and liaise with suppliers to ensure smooth production flow
Uphold quality standards and ensure compliance with regulatory documentation
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across processes and performance
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient work environment
Support training and development of team members
Collaborate with HR on reviews and training records
Qualifications Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in a supervisory role
Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to motivate and develop team members
Familiarity with regulatory standards and documentation practices
Must currently reside in Ireland and hold a valid work permit
