Main Responsibilities Lead and oversee the execution of audit fieldwork for the firm's diverse client portfolio. Ensure audit files are completed on schedule and meet compliance standards for review and finalisation. Prepare statutory financial statements and related documentation for review. Maintain and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and professionalism throughout the audit process. Supervise, mentor, and train team members to ensure timely delivery of quality work. Requirements Qualified Accountant with 1-2 years PQE experience. Demonstrated ability to lead audit teams and directly engage with clients. Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards. Commercial awareness and problem-solving acumen. Ability to work independently and effectively supervise team members. Commitment to continuous professional development, adhering to ACCA or equivalent requirements.
