As a Client Project Manager at WuXi Biologics, you will have the opportunity to work in a ‘Factory of the Future’, managing projects that ensure a seamless path to market for a wide range of biologics, including products for unmet medical needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
Leading multiple cross-functional teams on site for new product introductions (NPI) and tech transfer.
Supporting client meetings, scoping project plans, and understanding client needs.
Leading project meetings and developing tracking and reporting processes.
Collaborating with manufacturing and support functions to support new product introduction.
Managing risks, impact assessments, and mitigation strategies.
Coordinating with various departments to meet project needs.
Developing high-level timelines, managing changes, and ensuring proper documentation.
Contributing to establishing a best-in-class Project Management Organisation.
Your profile should include:
8+ years’ experience in a GMP biologics environment, with project management, engineering, or operations background.
Experience in client management and leading complex projects.
Knowledge of GMP operations and biologics systems is desired.
Qualifications: B.Eng. or B.Sc. in Chemical or Process Engineering; PMP or Prince2 certification.
Other requirements include potential international travel and out-of-hours calls. We seek candidates who are collaborative, autonomous, customer-focused, and possess strong communication and conflict management skills.
