Im partnering with a leading corporate law firm in Dublin that is seeking to appoint aSenior Employment Lawyer to join its highly respected Employment & Benefits team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor (typically 58 years PQE) to work across a sophisticated portfolio of employment matters, supporting some of Irelands top employers across multiple industries. About the Role As a Senior Associate within the Employment team, you will play a key role in delivering high-level advice on both contentious and non-contentious matters. The work is varied, strategic, and often transaction-driven. Key areas include: Advising on the employment law aspects of majorcorporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and restructurings. Handlingemployment disputes and representing clients before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the civil courts. Providingday-to-day advisory support on a wide range of employment issues, including contracts, policies, performance management, HR processes and workplace investigations. Collaborating closely with colleagues in corporate, immigration, and health & safety to deliver integrated advice across the wider business. About You The firm is seeking someone who brings: A strong academic background andat least 4 years experience practising employment law. Solid exposure tocorporate support work and the employment aspects of transactions. Excellent drafting and technical skills, with the ability to provide commercially focused advice. Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building capabilities. Proven experience managing competing deadlines and working effectively within a collaborative team environment. A proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership of complex matters. Why Consider This Role?
