This role presents a multifaceted opportunity, primarily focused on Food & Beverage and Guest Relations. You'll have the chance to interface with various aspects of hotel management to ensure efficient and timely service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Undertake managerial tasks in accordance with established standards.
- Lead management shifts, overseeing all relevant activities.
- Ensure seamless operations across all departments.
- Manage and coordinate functions and conferences hosted at the hotel.
- Interface effectively with guests and the management team to resolve complaints swiftly.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service at all times.
- Assist in staff training as required.
- Contribute to Health and Safety measures for staff, guests, and other individuals on the premises.
- Administer emergency and safety procedures, such as fire drills.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a comparable role in the Hospitality sector
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities
- Strong organisational and communication skills
