Corporate Tax Director (Big 4) Location: Dublin, Ireland Firm: Leading Professional Services Firm Position Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Firm Our client is a Big 4 firm that specialises in audit, tax, and consulting services for a range of international and domestic clients. They are seeking a Corporate Tax Directorto join their tax team based in Dublin. About the Role As Corporate Tax Director, you will manage a diverse client portfolio of international and domestic clients alongside maintaining and developing strong client relationships. In addition, you will also support staff development though training and sharing expertise on corporate tax. Key responsibilities include: Manage a diverse client portfolio with cross-border and internationals aspects; Provide clear, accurate and practical advice on corporate tax matters; Deliver end-to-end corporate tax support to clients; Work closely with colleagues to ensure consistent and timely delivery of engagements; Partner with leadership to support and drive business development; Identify process optimization and lead enhancement initiatives. Candidate Profile CTA/ACA qualified (or equivalent) with experience in a similar role including management experience. Strong technical corporate tax understanding and ability to identify strategic opportunities for clients. Proven track record of managing teams along with excellent communication skills.
