- A degree in IT, Computer Science, or a similar field (or equivalent industry experience) is essential, along with a minimum of 5 years of IT management experience in manufacturing or production.

Technical Toolkit:

- Proficient in networking (Dell/Cisco) to maintain robust connections.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools, MS Server 2018, Azure, and ITIL frameworks.
- Experience with methodologies like PRINCE2 to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Strong knowledge of security, servers, storage (Dell), and SQL Server management.
- Competent in managing high availability systems, backup, and recovery processes to safeguard our data.
