We are working with a leading international insurance group seeking a Senior Compliance Manager to join their Dublin-based team. This role offers exposure to multiple business lines across Europe, providing regulatory advice, supporting governance frameworks, and helping drive a culture of integrity and compliance. Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Compliance in implementing and maintaining compliance frameworks and policies
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure timely integration into business practices
- Provide compliance guidance on new products, initiatives, and business processes
- Prepare compliance reports for senior management and the board
- Deliver training and promote awareness of compliance obligations across the business
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in compliance within insurance or financial services
- Strong knowledge of Irish and European regulatory environments
- Professional qualification in compliance or related discipline (LCI or LCOI preferred)
- Proven ability to manage regulatory interactions and reporting (including Solvency II reporting)
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational skills
