The Role

- Provide strategic planning advice and pre-application support.

- Support acquisitions, corporate and real estate transactions with planning expertise.

- Handle contentious matters including planning appeals, judicial reviews, and High Court proceedings.

- Collaborate across practice groups and assist with mentoring junior lawyers.

The Person

- Qualified solicitor with strong experience in planning and environmental law.

- 3+ years PQE up to senior level, looking to develop expertise in complex projects.

- Excellent analytical, drafting, and client management skills.

- Enthusiastic about business development and contributing to team growth.
