We are a dynamic, dedicated team that provides management and support for a global guarding services account that spans across 30+ countries. Our client is an industry-leading datacenter organization, and we pride ourselves in delivering best-in-class solutions through our teams made up of Security Operations, Shared Services, Threat and Incident Management, Environmental Health and Safety, and Human Resources. As part of this team, you’ll work alongside a group of professionals that are committed to excellence and innovation.
About the role
The Regional Director of Security Operations (RDSO) leads and develops security operations across a large multinational datacenter client within the EMEA region. This senior leadership role oversees multi-disciplinary teams and ensures consistent delivery of safe, compliant, and high-performing security services. You will work closely with senior client stakeholders, global partners, and internal leadership to strengthen operational excellence, enhance safety culture, and support long‑term growth. The RDSO is instrumental in shaping regional strategy, driving operational improvements, and ensuring the security program consistently meets the highest standards.

- Produce high‑quality performance reports and project updates.
- Guide regional initiatives and promote collaboration across global business groups.
- Use data and analytics to inform decision‑making and improve outcomes.
- Prepare executive‑level presentations for senior stakeholders.
- Support crisis and incident response when required.
- Ensure the region operates effectively in a 24/7 environment.
- Demonstrate understanding and engagement with the Securitas Core Values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness, whilst showing a natural ability to recognise risk within the workplace and consider safety as a priority, complying with relevant policies, procedures and training as provided by the Company.
What you need to apply
Education

- Bachelor’s degree in business, management, security, or a related field
Experience
10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in;

- Contract security
- Large‑scale operations
- Minimum 3–5 years in a director‑level position
- Ability to engage confidently with senior executives
- Proven experience building strong partner relationships
Travel & Flexibility

- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time for leadership meetings, program launches, and regional alignment.
