BI Analyst

BI Analyst Location: Cork Salary: € Hybrid Reperio is working with a small tech company who has plans to increase their Data & BI headcount in 2025. As part of these plans, they are seeking a BI Analyst to join their high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in transforming complex data into strategic insights that support decision-making across all levels of the organization. Your work will empower stakeholders to act on real-time information, optimize business processes, and achieve measurable results. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. 3+ years' experience as a BI Analyst or in a similar role. Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, QlikView). Understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes. Experience in conveying complex information to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R.
