Overview

Power BI Developer – €55,000–€65,000 – Dublin (On-site)

Pearson Carter is working with a leading European data centre solutions provider who are expanding their internal analytics function. As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to support key business areas including Finance, HR, Payroll, and IT Service Management.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing organisation in a full-time, on-site position at their Dublin HQ, contributing to business-critical reporting and data solutions.

Responsibilities

- Designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards for internal departments (Finance, HR, Payroll, IT)

- Integrating data from NetSuite, SAP, Topdesk, Excel, and other sources

- Managing the report lifecycle: development, refresh monitoring, error resolution, and access controls

- Writing DAX measures and Power Query (M) code to support reporting needs

- Applying Row-Level Security (RLS) to protect sensitive data

- Collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Providing second-line support for Power BI issues escalated by junior staff

Experience

- 3 years of hands-on experience with Power BI

- Strong technical skills in DAX, Power Query, and data modeling

- Experience integrating data from ERP and HR/Payroll systems (preferably SaaS-based)

- Good understanding of finance and HR/payroll data structures

- Experience applying RLS in multi-departmental environments

- Preferred: Experience with NetSuite, SAP HR/Payroll, Topdesk; PL-300 certification; familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Apps)

Salary

They offer an excellent salary package of up to €65,000, depending on experience.

Location

This role is full-time and on-site at their office in Dublin 22.
