Corporate Account Lead- Contract Role The Corporate Account Lead serves as the primary liaison for corporate clients, ensuring the seamless delivery of corporate services and exceptional client satisfaction. This role is responsible for account management, programme delivery, operational coordination, data reporting, process improvement, and relationship management with both internal teams and corporate stakeholders. Birthday Day Off Maternity Leave Paternity Leave Key Responsibilities Account Management Act as the main point of contact for corporate clients regarding logistical and operational requests or issues. Build and maintain trusted relationships with corporate clients and internal stakeholders. Resolve client concerns and proactively enhance processes to prevent recurring issues. Communicate progress on weekly, monthly, and annual initiatives to stakeholders. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions that meet client objectives. Programme Delivery & Coordination Oversee corporate programme planning, assigning events to clinicians and ensuring successful execution. Respond promptly to client requests and queries. Track, monitor, and report on programme outcomes for both internal and external audiences. Manage coaching support inbox for client session enquiries and the Corporate Delivery Service (CDS) inbox for delivery enquiries. Supervise roster management and session scheduling for corporate services. Data & Reporting Collect, analyse, and interpret programme data to evaluate outcomes and identify improvements. Support the development of weekly, monthly, and annual reporting in collaboration with the Wellbeing Coaching Lead. Process & Service Improvement Establish, formalise, and embed processes to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery. Create and manage processes related to service providers, including clinicians and contractors. Continuously review and refine processes to improve efficiency and client/provider experiences. Desired Skills & Qualifications 35 years of experience in business development, operations management, account management, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to deliver measurable results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, project management tools, and CRM software. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Flexibility to work five days per week and adjust schedules to accommodate client and internal meetings.
