We are currently recruiting for a Solutions Analyst at DP World. Our successful candidate will be the bridge between our operational requirements and our software. You will take charge of configuring, supporting, and managing Transport Management System (TMS) solutions across Contract Logistics and Control Tower operations. Ensure the successful delivery of new business implementations and change requests, while maintaining high standards of service and system performance. Report directly to the Technology Lead and play a key role in shaping global transport management capabilities.

Location: Dublin, Cork or Limerick, Ireland
Hours: Full‑time, 40 hours per week (Mon–Fri)

About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity at DP World within our EU Technology team. We are recruiting a TMS Solutions Analyst to support and deliver transport management services across a range of customer accounts and new business launches globally.

How You Will Contribute

Change Management

- Assess and analyse change requests from internal and external customers.

- Document requirements and coordinate with software suppliers for estimates and delivery.

- Review and approve functional and technical statements of work.

- Create and execute test plans, manage defect resolution, and coordinate deployments in line with change management policies.

Technical Support

- Provide first‑line IT support for TMS‑related issues.

- Liaise with TMS software providers and internal service desks to resolve incidents.

- Conduct root cause analysis and ensure timely communication and resolution of support tickets.

- Participate in an on‑call rota for priority support.

New Business Solution Design

- Contribute to solution design and cost modelling for new customer opportunities.

- Present technical product information during RFQ processes and customer workshops.

- Define assumptions, deliverables, and scope for new business launches.

- Work closely with cross‑functional teams including PMO, IT Solutions, Infrastructure, Security, and Integration teams.

- Support global and regional operations with TMS expertise and coordination.

What You Will Bring

Qualifications

- TMS software training or certification is a plus.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Experience

- Background in logistics, transport, or supply chain.

- Experience with TMS or WMS systems and working with geographically dispersed teams.

- Exposure to global solution design and third‑party SaaS provider management.

Skills

- Strong problem‑solving and critical thinking.

- Detail‑oriented and results‑driven.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with SDLC and enterprise IT solutions.

- Willingness to travel up to 25% globally.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
