Role: Project Architect

Opportunities like this are few and far between. If you are an Architect / Project Architect in Dublin seeking a stand-out position that is exciting, creative and impactful – this is for you.

Responsibilities

Assist through all project work stages, taking concepts and designs through the RIAI plan of work and ensuring the project is moved smoothly through to completion. Excellence with design, planning and technical construction experience is key.

Work on a diverse mix of projects across Data Centres, Education, Residential, Workplace and Hospitality/Retail sectors.

Collaborate with the project team and junior members to deliver high-quality projects in Ireland.

Requirements

RIAI Qualifications

Strong experience of project leading in Ireland

Experience working with junior members and an example to them

Irish planning, construction and building regulation experience

Excellence in Revit software and BIM proficiency

Experience working on Data Centre projects

Salary
Salary is very competitive and depends solely on experience and the knowledge you can bring to the team. Figures are circa €80-93k but highly flexible. If the right candidate has higher expectations, this will be reviewed. Benefits package is attractive and includes holiday, flexible working and pension.
