About Your Role

A Charlotte Tilbury Retail Artist is the heart of the store, responsible for empowering customers to be the most beautiful version of themselves. You combine expert artistry with strong product knowledge and a passion for building lasting emotional connections. You make the product accessible to everybody and adapt your style to meet customer needs.

As a Retail Artist you will

- You can work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPI’s. You feed on the buzz of achieving your goals and aim to surpass expectations.
- “Teamwork makes the dream work” — you build solid relationships with team members and management to foster a collaborative environment.
- You champion world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience. You are a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador and share knowledge with customers.
- You adapt your approach to activities, customers, and opportunities to drive success.
- You follow grooming standards and demonstrate what good looks like.

About you

- Ideally an NVQ-3 in Beauty Therapy
- Experience as a Sales Advisor in fast-paced environments such as beauty, retail, or FMCG is ideal
- You aspire to be part of a beauty brand that disrupts how it is seen and continues to grow. You love all things Charlotte Tilbury.
- Ideally you have makeup application experience and can adapt your style to different customers
