Purpose of the Post Reporting to Head of People & Culture, the Senior HR Business Partner will on a Permanentcontract will play a key role in the delivery of strategic HR services across Stewarts Care, aligning HR initiatives with organisational objectives. The role will focus on supporting the organisation's strategic goals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services that directly impact the lives of the people we support. Experience and Qualifications Minimum Level 9 Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline. 5+ years of experience in a HR role, with at least 2 years in a HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role. Proven experience working in healthcare or disability services is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of employment legislation, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret HR data and use insights to support decision-making. Proficiency in HR management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
