What You’ll Do
As Assistant General Manager at The CCD, you’ll be at the heart of the action. You’ll lead Levy’s food and beverage operations, ensuring every event is executed flawlessly. From large-scale exhibitions to VIP hospitality experiences, you’ll deliver service that wows.

You’ll be part of a new chapter in our story - a senior leadership role where your ideas, energy, and expertise will make a real impact.

Your Playground:

- Multiple F&B formats: retail, hospitality, premium events - all under your watch.

- Operational leadership: quality, consistency, innovation, and safety - all in your hands.

- Team leadership: inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing crew of fixed and casual staff.

- Commercial impact: budgets, P&Ls, performance analysis, and growth opportunities.

- Strategic influence: help shape The CCD’s food & beverage future and lead transformation projects.

- A seasoned hospitality pro with senior management experience in large-scale venues.

- A commercial brain with proven P&L responsibility.

- A people person who knows how to lead, inspire, and develop diverse teams.

- Innovative and solutions-focused, with a passion for food, drink, and exceptional guest experiences.

- Flexible and ready to work evenings and weekends in line with event schedules.
